Its not really October but you lose track of time when you retire. I retired into COVID lifestyle and had to pivot my retirement plans. The past year and a half to stay partially sane I adopted journaling as a strategy. Now that I have finished two small spiral notebooks and don't know what to do with them but throw them out I will continue in a blog journal. The three topics to cover for the entry are: 1. What did I eat? 2. What did do? 3. How do I feel? Eating: B. honey bunches cereal & milk, L. miso mushroom soup with leftover pasta & peas, D. Ramen Noodles out to eat. (during the lockdown going out to eat was a treat and missed) You never know how important mouth watering asian food is until you don't have it for months) Doing: Writing and creating an online budget to include my house in Florida ... costs associated with both places. We have done the wiggly on on paper now I want to create a formal budget. I would love to de YOQi because my back is feeling sore. ...
